Complete Collision Manager is a collision center repair order management system.  Estimates are imported directly from Pathway CCC (with the EMS option).  The need for double data entry is eliminated.   The CCM creates a personalized repair order that is tracked to the order writer. 

The Repair Orders can be searched by: Repair Order Number, Customer Name, HAT, VIN, or insurance Claim Number.   Production tracking is simple with eight updateable time stamp fields – allowing for management reporting needs.  

The Estimated Completion Date and Supplement Status tracking is located right on the front page.

Communication is provided by note fields for Administrative needs, advisors to technician, and notes for “publication” to the customer via an optional Web inquiry subsystem. 

Information about the repair order is available at your fingertips.  Vehicle information and owner information as well as parts and labor are viewable by the advisors.  

Parts and Labor are easily added to a Repair order and the total due by the customer is quickly calculated. 

The customer invoice is printable upon request and payment history entry is provided.  Additional reports for the customer include the Warranty (customized to your requirements) and the Direction of Payment form.

The reporting facility includes management and tracking reports that make scheduling and measuring productivity as easy as pushing a button.
